  I'm 20 year old Canadian an au pair who has been looking into somewhere to get a professional wax since I'd arrived in Madrid one month ago. I walk past this salon every day so I figured that today I would stop by and ask them about their services and prices. Their prices are incredibly inexpensive as compared to those in Canada so I figured I'd give it a shot. I guess I get what I paid for. Everyone knows that an aesthetician should never use old wax, dip the wooden stick into the wax twice, or place it on your skin without testing it for temperature first. Not only did the woman at the salon do all of this, but she did not wear gloves or wash her hands first. I would have left or at least asked more questions / demanded things be done differently had there not been a language barrier and it I wasn't feeling so vulnerable! This woman pulled the wax away from my skin (painful) rather than along, she did not pull it taught first, nor did she pull it quickly. Sometimes so slowly it did not come off. Needless to say, I was still covered in hair and wax by the time I left! Clearly unlicensed and unprofessional, I would not reccomend this salon to anyone. Unlike anything I've ever experienced. I'll be going to a doctor and asking to be tested for an STI, UTI or bacterial infection ASAP!

  Estoy encantada de haber encontrado esta peluquería, mi hija adolescente solo quiere ir a esta peluquería por que no le duele la depilación , las chicas son muy profesionales y encantadoras,...la recomiendo al 100
